what does it mean when someone does like a double @reply on twitter? like someone put @(persons twit name here) @(my twit name here) - agreed.

does it mean he's agreeing with me or with the first person?

It probably means he's agreeing with both of you. I tend to do that when I'm addressing two friends at once. However, it could also mean that he's agreeing with the other person about you. You really have to think about in context of what was being said before, you know? Well those are my 2 theories. Hope this helped!
