On Twitter, if I use the "@bob9" function then write my message and post it, will "@bob9" be notified of my message? I'm asking this because I'm following somebody who direct messaged me, but didn't follow me back so I can't direct message them back. I've only been active on Twitter for the past few days and can't find the answer on the web. The obvious answer is they will be notified, but I just want to make sure.
