How can I prevent my friends from seeing my comments and likes on their news feed on Facebook?

My friend just told me that his news feed has been spammed with my comments on a page, and he also says that it shows what pages I like. Since Facebook changed once again, how do I change this so my friends don't see what I comment and like in their news feeds?

in your privacy settings,customize, and select, only me,and any other setting you want to set as only me and somewhere in yahoo setting you can select that to NOT share your posts,comments and sites you visit, dont remember where but you can.there are a few more places to go to NOT SHARE things you dont want to,just have to dig.
