I'm sooo unsure if he likes me. HELP!?

So I just started college and I have a class with this guy I have known of through some mutual friends for awhile. We started talking. Then exchanged Facebooks/Twitters. We recently just hung out, and he called me really cute.

We always tweet each other back and forth and he always playfully teases me on Twitter.
And he likes a lot of my photos on Facebook.

We've been texting. Monday, he started a deep conversation with me. He told me he was sad, so I asked what's wrong.....

He said he wants someone in his life.
I said me too, but it's so hard for me to trust guys after being cheated on so many times.
He said, oh really?
And I said, yes maybe someday some guy will prove me wrong.
Then he said, I don't want you to think all guys are bad.
And I said, I try, but it's kinda hard.
He said, I'm not a bad guy.
And I said, well I'm not a bad girl
He said, well maybe something will come of this
And I said, you never know til you try
And he said, we should probably hangout again?
And I said, hmm perhaps we should
And then he just sent a

BUT. I haven't got a text from him since Monday. Yesterday, we talked all day on Twitter. And we did some today too!

Lately, he's been retweeting and favoriting pretty much EVERYTHING I tweet.

But idk, why isn't he texting me? Or setting up plans to hangout again?

Any ideas? Do you think he's interested? Maybe he likes me? Maybe he just wants to keep his options open? What do you think? Thanks

I think he is definitely interested but I would text him because he might be feeling a little insecure after you told him you might not be ready to trust a guy. Seems like he wants to prove to you that he is a good guy. Sending a txt his way might reassure him you are interested and it would relieve the stress of waiting for him to text you. Good luck!
