Can anyone advise about a list builder used on my facebook fanpage?

Each time someone signs up to subscribe - they get a message saying - "Please choose at least one list to subscribe to."
I'm certain the html code I've used is correct - <input type="hidden" name="list" value="name of list here"> as it works on my web site. I only get the problem on my facebook fan page. Any help would be much appreciated! Thanks.

The most likely reason is that Facebook is experiencing technical difficulties/ glitches and should be up and running shortly. Log out and wait a while before logging back in.
