How do I keep Facebook from posting all my likes and status comments?

I'll read through all of my news feed and will like or comment on a handful, but then I check my own wall and of course it publishes that I've done all that. Is there a way to keep Facebook from automatically listing all of this on my wall?
I know I can manually delete them. That was not the question.

But I guess there isn't a way for it to be automatically done

no. but you can delete the posts

you can't do that but when you go to your profile you can delete it on your profile.

I think what ^^ are trying to say is that you can delete it from your wall, not delete the posts, but delete the "so and so liked you know who's status".
