my computer freeze when i try to copy or send or upload files?

i think it was a virus cause i download a programme for facebook hacking to open my account (it didn't work anyway) and when i open google in firefox it open something like costume google, so how can i fix it???

There are many problems that could cause this. With out the computer in front of me it will be hard to help.

First i would try to update your computer in the automatic updates.
Second check any programs that are not up to date.
Third i would look in the Device Manager and look for any yellow exclamation points showing a conflict
fourth update ANY display drivers, this is a problem that could cause this issue. driver conflicts
All else fails and no great answers

Either pop in your system restore disk, run malware bytes "this actually fixes a lot of isues like that. could just have some type of virus in your computer.
