How to stop facebook from notifying my friends I liked or commented a picture?

As in the topic, when I comment or liked a picture all my friends and subscribers can see the action on their facebook main page along with the picture I liked. How to stop facebook from notifying my friends about every action I take??

impossible you can Not Stop that you Can Only control Things on your own profile what you like or comment on someone elses profile is beyond your control
