New business issue :(?
Good morning people,

I need your help as I am struggling to think of any more ideas.

I have an online shop, I hope the style is neutral but also adding colour.

I am trying to increase awareness of my company. http://www.uberpure.com

I am using Facebook to promote my website, I have also created a page on FB, LinkedIn and Twitter. So social media is taken care of.

I am advertising on Facebook and also Google Adwords, which is starting to build up in cost.

Either my products ate not what people want or my keywords are wrong.

Please can anyone help me out, It would be much appreciated Smile

You're doing great with your online advertising. Maybe the paper too?

There's a couple of things that I notice having a quick look at your site.

1 There's a confusing statement on your contact information page which says, 'Milestones Demo Shop GmbH is a virtual company created by us - ePages GmbH. This fictitious company allows us to demonstrate the abilities of our e-business software: ePages 6. All products and prices shown on this Web site are for demonstration purposes only. That is why your orders are not processed in this store.' This wouldn't encourage me to shop with you.

2 Your Terms and Conditions page is blank. Stating your Terms and Conditions is both reassuring to your prospective customers and it complies with the Distance Selling Regulations.

I also tried out buying an item. When I clicked on check out not using Paypal, it returned me to the page I'd been on. Not everyone wants to use Paypal so this could be putting off potential buyers.

Hope that helps.

Good luck!

Your website is good and the way you promote it, is already on the right track
To increase people awareness (or at least search engine awareness), try to regularly update the content. Build more backlinks, etc
Don't forget to apply some traditional marketing system into your website (as people need to be convince that your store is not a scam, you have to put your real address, etc)

By the way, what is the keyword you've been compete on? I don't feel any bold idea from your website.
Also, it lacks of real customer service.
Hope it help
