Someone put: “Like” on my facebook status when I left something on my wall. What does that mean? Does it mean that person really liked my status or are they just randomly clicking on that because they don’t have a comment or anything to say? Is that a good thing?

It usually means they like what you've said.  It could also just be acknowledging to you that they've read it.
