There's this guy that I've known for 3 years now and we've been in the same class for 2 years and this is our third. We would talk but not that often and sometimes I would tease him and pick on him and he would always laugh along with me. Sometimes he would be a little mean to me but he never hurt me in any way. I swore to myself that I would never like him but during summer break I started liking him and sometimes we would stay up till midnight talking and playing tetris on facebook.

Lately, I've noticed that he's really nice to me sometimes and whenever we talk on facebook he uses a lot of smiley faces. He always bugs me to help him with his homework (he's smarter than me, and he could always ask the smartest girl in our class, yet he chooses to ask me), and he even taught me life lessons and stuff about his religion. He's even kind enough to open my locker for me everyday (it hates me and I can't open it). One time when I got really upset at him and started crying because he insulted me, he said that he didn't care. Then when I said that I wasn't coming to school the next day, he started begging me to come to school.

He's so confusing, I don't know what to think. Whenever people ask him if he likes me he says no, and lots of people have told me that he and I make a good couple. He talks freely about he liking him and when he found out that I like him, I expected him to stop talking to me (like the last person I liked). A lot of girls like him too. Does he like me?

Guys tend not to answer the question "do you like her" truthfully. I think he likes you. You should go for it. I'm assuming you're around 16 so just go up to him and rub his shoulder and look into his eyes. We LOVE that stuff. Strike up some more conversations and start to hint that you like him, he should get the point. He probably said no to people who asked him if he liked you because he doesn't think you like him! you need to show him you do and go for it!
