How to sort mail in gmail?
How do make all my facebook mails come into a separate folder without me sorting it? Can I create a folder where all the facebook mails are in that folder when i receive it?

First, you need to create a Label to send all your Facebook emails to.

Select the "Settings" option while you are on the Gmail screen in your web browser. It's the gear-looking icon on the upper-right side. On the Settings screen, select the Labels option.

Scroll down until you see the "Create New Label" button. Click it and set the name of the Label to "Facebook' or whatever else you would like to call it.

Go back to the previous screen and select the "Settings" option again. On the Settings screen, select the Filter option.

Settings > Filters

Click on "Create A New Filter"

--- In the "From" field, enter "facebook.com". I think that's what it uses anways.

Select the Option "Apply the Label" and select the Label/Folder you want it to show up in; namely "Facebook".

1. Open the computer's Web browser and navigate to the Gmail sign in page. Type your Gmail email address and password in the spaces provided and click the "Sign In" button to sign in to your Gmail account.
2. Click the "Inbox" option on the left side of your Gmail home page. Click the "Classic" option at the top of your Gmail inbox to sort the email messages by the order in which they have been received.
3. Click the "Important First" option at the top of your Gmail inbox to sort the email messages by the contacts you communicate with most.
4. Click the "Unread First" option at the top of your Gmail inbox to sort the email messages by whether or not they have been opened.
5. Click the "Starred First" option at the top of your Gmail inbox to sort the email messages by whether or not they are starred.
6. Click the search bar at the top of the Gmail home page to place your text cursor there. Type the keyword that you want to use to sort the email messages (the name of a contact or a subject, for example) in the space provided and click the "Search Mail" button. Gmail will now sort the email messages according their relevance to the keyword.
