Is there something like Facebook or My Space for kids under 13?

I'm looking for something like My Space or Facebook for kids under 13. I can't seem to find any thing. Any good websites?

i used to go on there when i was about 8 or 9. try it out and get an account to see if you like it first before letting her get one. i don't have a problem with it cuz its something fun for young girls to do!
brief description: you go on and make your own girl, dress her up, whatever else. then you can go to fun things (party scenes like a beach party, slumber party, etc..) and talk with the other girls on there. your name is anonymous so ppl dont know who you are unless you were to put your actual name and where you live. (i never did, i said i lived in candyland.) lol
and when you talk to other girls, you are limited to what you can say, like you have bars and you selected the one or two words you want to say and ppl will reply with an answer--no personal info shared at all..like an example is you say: whats your favorite food. and another girl would click answer and then select their favorite food off the list. idk it seems kind of cheesy once your older but i thought it was fun!

i dont think so sorry i wish there was though that would be nice so kids would not mess with facebook cuz stuff on facebook can get really inapropraite and even 13 yr old should see that kind of stuff
