How do I get rid of the greeting cards application on facebook?

I dont remember signing up for this application, but recently on my friends birthdays i have noticed that it posts a birthday greeting card from 'me' although I never sent one!

How do I get rid of this?

Any help please?

go to Account in the top right of Facebook.
click on Privacy Settings.
look bottom left, click 'Edit your settings' under Apps and Websites.
first one should be 'Apps you use', click Edit Settings button.
look for the app and click the 'x' to the far right of it, that'll delete it.
