Is it ok to upload your own version of a song to a facebook music application?
Is that ok to do? Like if someone wants to upload their version of a Christmas song to a facebook app like boombox, can they? Or do they have to be the owner of a song in order to upload it?

All answers will be much appreciated.

No, it should be fine if its their own version of the song... (especially if they sang it themselves). Problems arise only when you just download music or rip music off CDs and share it directly.
