How can I make my tweets on twitter public?

When I click on the down arrow right next to my name, I only see the options lists, Profile, Aout and Sign out. I don't see anything else like account settings to make it public? I'm new and confused. Can anybody help?

By default, new Twitter accounts are public so unless you've specifically gone into your account settings and made your profile private you're already set. Also, just FYI when you click on the down arrow next to your name/person icon in the upper-right corner of the Twitter window, you should see an option for "Settings" which is where you can enable/disable the private feature.
