There's little you can do to find out unless you happen to be involved in litigation, in which case you can attempt to find out through the discovery process. Your information isn't private on the internet, but it's not exactly public either. It's privately held by a number of third parties who can release it when ordered by court (or if they just decide they want to). But you should talk to a lawyer about that.
