How do you stop the friend invite on facebook?

On my phone I was activating the facebook application and it said find friends I need to try to recall those

Go on the invitee's page. There should be something that says "You invited this person to be your friend." Click that, and say "Cancel invitation."

Or there's just a "Cancel invitation" button. I'm not on my personal computer, so I can't verify that right now.
