Hey there buddy! Ok, the site itself is virus free, but some of the applications there contain spyware/adware and sometimes they install stuff in your pc that is dangerous!
Now it is difficult to discern the good applications from the harmful ones, so what you can do is check out the reviews of applications before you install them to see if they are dangerous or not Ps- I have not really installed any applications apart from the default ones from fb Hope that helps! Indeed, FB site is safe and you must be cautious of what apps you accept. Here's a short list of apps that my friends & I use that are safe:
----Lil' Green Patch (save rain forest) ----Lil' Blue Cove (save rain forest) ----Lil' Eco Racer ----Willy's Sweet Shop (raise $$ for St. Jude Hospital) ----Kidnap! ----Growing Gifts ----Hugged ----iSmile ----Sea Garden ----African Safari ----Mafioso ----Pass Drinks ----Type Racer ----Restaurant City ----Send Looney Tunes ----Viet Food ----80s Toys ----80s Nostalgia ----Kids TV from the 80s Nothing has happened to our computer after using these apps. Other games & apps, we haven't tried (not enough time). |
