What is the best free photo uploading website?

+ Absolutely free - no catches (ex. Snapfish membership needs photo ordering every 365 days)

personally, i'd say flickr because if you go pro (which is a very very good price for one year) you can get your originals off of the website, it's easy to use, nice layout, and it's a social network for photographers. You can make your flickr private if you want, and theres unlimited storage if you're pro.
I think it's almost impossible to get exactly what you are asking because it's so specific, and like the person above said, the companies have to make money somehow...

I use winkflash.com. It fits all of your criteria. And, if you ever want to order prints from them, they have very good prices. I use winkflash, and I'm very happy with it.
