How do you request a follow in twitter?
how can you request someone to follow you on twitter?
is there like a button for it or something?
how do you do it?
Do you think twitter is okay for high school kids or do you think its stupid?

First, follow the person that you want to follow you. Then, create a new Twitter update with @Person'sTwitterID and a note asking for a follow. There isn't a button that will request a follow for you.

Yes, Twitter is fine for high school kids. I actually get a lot of news via Twitter so it can be very useful for a lot of people.
