How to block an application in Facebook?

Well here I am on facebook, and i get a request for this app. Me being stupid and all, decide to click it and give permission, now it spams every friend on line like all the time saying go here. Its called harati and how do i block it?

~~Go to your ACCOUNT then PRIVACY SETTINGS, then look at the bottom right hand side and click manage apps. Find that one and remove it.~~

You can simply remove the app. Just follow these 5 steps:
1) click on the account button (it's on the upper right hand corner)
2) a drop down box unveils. Then click on privacy settings
3) scroll down to where it says apps and websites & click on the edit link
4) click on Edit settings below the headline 'applications you use'
5) then click on your app (in this case, hatari) and click on remove application
