How can I stop my iTouch battery from dying so fast?
I've only had it(32 GB) since the 24th and whenever I go play a game or go on facebook it seems like I'm draining the battery and I have to charge it every like 30 minutes!

How can I stop the battery from draining?

(sorry if anything is misspelled I'm typing this from my iTouch)

lower the brightness

turn down the volume to a comfortable level

turn off bluetooth and push notifications when not in use

How are you playing games on Facebook? Facebook games are flash oriented and the iPod touch has no flash

Obviously you're not letting it charge fully before you use it for another 30 minutes. That will ultimately also have an effect on the overall life of the battery. There are lots of helpful battery tips at GeekSquad.com, btw.

iTouch doesn't exist, so i have no tips for imaginary battery life. However, if you had an iPod Touch, which does exist, I would tell you to go into your settings and turn down the screen brightness.

The battery doesn't drain so fast if you are only listening to music, but surfing the net takes up a lot of power. Maybe you could just keep your iPod charging when you're playing games or on the internet, and save the battery life for when you want to leave the house.
Seriously, if you just use it for music, the battery lasts FOREVER!

she didn't say playing games on facebook, she said playing a game OR being on FaceBook...

Lower the brightness, volume. Turn off WiFi when not in use...
Dont play music while playing games, it will drain the battery even more...
And dont play games or listen to music while it is charging....

Hope this helps!
