no,don't believe it. it is a scam. there is no such thing as a facebook app that show you who viewed your profile. i am not joking or BSing. one of my friend is one of the person who made this. it will ask you for your email, facebook password and permission to access your facebook personal info in the name that "they need it in order for the app to work". he did this to obtain user info and sell them to marketing firms. he also show me the million of people facebook account he literally can take over if he feels like it. he initially made some money off that until he sold it to someone else for a pretty high price. now, he got kicked out of school for some other bad things he did.

it is not real! don't believe it. if you ever got a fb message from one of your friend regarding this app. don't fall for it. that friends fb account security may has already been compromised. tell him or her to change password and update their fb account security perimeter.

I know exactly how you feel!!

Despite what you hear from many applications, you can’t tell who views your profile. It's a violation of the terms of use on Facebook. I suppose that there may be an application, but using them will likely cause Facebook to delete your account without warning since you are violating the privacy rights of other people.

These profile viewing applications are not run or owned by the Facebook Company. These “fake” applications don’t work either and some may even contain viruses too! What’s worse is that it may even be owned by creepy people or hackers/stalkers that’ll take all of your Facebook data and use them for their own purpose (which probably isn’t good).

The Facebook help center (which is really useful) also says that they “do not provide applications or groups with the technical means to allow people to track profile views or see statistics on how often a particular piece of content has been viewed and by whom. Applications you use may ask for permission to access content from your News Feed and Wall. Granting this permission does not allow applications to see who has viewed your profile. It simply allows applications to see which friends have interacted with posts, such as which friends liked or engaged with a particular wall post.”

The good thing about this though is that you can look around other people’s profiles without getting discovered or caught.

Hope this helps!!
