Most important aspects when looking at Culture and Social Structure?
Hi, i'm studying human societies and needs to write essay response to questions about it. It will be asking for culture and social processes. I have time to plan my response and I have currently noted on customs, norms, values etc for culture and social class, structure and division of labor/gender for social structure, are there more to add to? Thanks in advance!

You are going welll so far ...

....now you could add
1.
'racism' in culture and (its parallel)
'ethnic divides in the labour market etc ' in social structure

2. indicate that both culture and structures are always in a process of change and indicate
a)some recent ways in the current cultures and structures have developed
b)and why
c) and any current changes

nb this historical dimension is important in sociology both to increase the level of understanding of how cultures and structures 'are what they are', and also to avoid an overly static image of the nature of social life.
