It depends: If it is the school's network that is blocking the requests for the IP address of Facebook then No, you won't be able to access the site even on your iphone (if you're on their network.)

No you can't and the school system is really smart and they will find out sooner or later and you get into trouble for it and you can have your whole account on the school or facebook deleted
