How to delete applications from facebook?

[WHOA!]

So all of you facebook users know that the structure of it has changed. I get that the apps and the games are to the right and press X so they wont appear but when I click "More", all of the apps that Ive used, appear. How can I permanently delete them all?
What I mean by the changed of the structure, Im including that if i click "Account", "Application" doesnt appear. Theres only " Account, Privacy, Help Center, and Log Out"

yeah, and you need to click on "Privacy"...once you do that go to the bottom of the page and click on "Apps and Websites"
