Can you make a Twitter completely private so when you are searched, you can't be found?

like if you type your name on google or if you type search on twitter, is there a way to prevent being found?

don't tell anyone u have the account u can lock the account so u have to get a request to have them follow u. and what i do is use a different e mail address and use a off the wall user name most of all don't put ur pic up use something cute like an animal.
