Is there any way to make someone unfollow you on Twitter?

I just made a Twitter not 30 seconds ago and I already have 2 followers. Unfortunately...
They're the kinda of people with "suggestive" profile pictures and bio's explaining how they're "a friendly single 25 year old girl looking for some fun" and with links to "contact info" in their tweets. :\
I don't want people like that following me, so I was wondering if there is anyway to remove followers similar to how you can remove subscribers on youtube?

If you really want to get rid of them just block them.

You just click on your "followers" list and there should be a delete or a big X so you can get them off

Go to their profile, and click block. That will make them unfollow you & make it so that they can't follow you again.

block those two like the others said, then just tell your account to protect your tweets (make your account private), that way nobody can follow you or read your tweets unless you allow them to.
