If i unfollowed someone in twitter and changed my name will it change in the e-mail they recieved?

So i was looking at someone's followers list and found that i followed one of the contacts but i don't remember clicking on the follow button so i unfollowed them and changed my user name. i know that when you follow someone whether their account is private or unprivate it sends an email but if i changed my user name is the new name going to show in the email or the old one?
