Are there any chat applications in Facebook to meet other Facebook users?

Just like Omegle? I already know the Omegle application but it doesn't work to connect other Facebookers I just want to talk and meet other facebook users, is there such thing?

well i kno that on farmtown u can chat. thats all i kno of tho...

Yes at the lower right side, there is chat option. It may be not displaying at your home page because may be your are offline. Click there and if it is offline then go online and then you will be able to chat with your facebook friends.
