How do you send a private message on Twitter?
I get that you can't send a direct messge without being neutral followers... but if I click on "reply to _____" and it comes up as @_______ does that send as a private message to whoever I sent it too? Or does it show up on my profile under my tweets? Please explain? Thanks.
