How do I know what salary and benefits a company has?
I'm about to finish my master in marketing and wanted to start looking for a job. How do I know the salary given by the company. I'm just looking for an estimation or range not the exact salary for a marketing position within the company. Also, I would like to know the benefits the company has for it's employees (social benefits, whether they give bonuses etc.) I'm looking for a job in Montreal, Ontario or Vancouver. Thanks.

Every company is different. You should really ask these questions during your interview.
