This is how my friend got Justin Bieber and Cody Simpson to follow her: you press the follow button multiple times when they're online and they'll eventually notice you!

send her a tweet every 5 seconds lol for example:

@jessicaalba please follow me 1
@jessicaalba please follow me 2
@jessicaalba please follow me 3
@jessicaalba please follow me 4

and on and on until she notices you. btw, I don't do this but I've seen a few people do it and it worked for them.
