Are Tyson Ritter and Kim Smith still together?

Tyson is pretty private with his life, but I somehow think he isn't with Kim anymore. Do any of you guys know if he is or not?

to answer your question no, they are not together any more. Tyson does this thing called Rejects TV on kyte.com and he posted a video a while ago. It was a song he wrote called Matters of the Heart. It was about how he broke it off with Kim, some of the lyrics say "To dispel any rumors, I should do this sooner than later. I had a girl and I didnt hate her, but Ive let her go" and "Kimberly don't cry, a broken heart just takes time." Anyway, he said it was his way of telling us that they broke up. His exact words were "I'm really nervous about this, but I need to tell everybody something. I wrote a song to tell you."

And on his twitter account he talked about getting a new tattoo of a fork and knife so "bitches dont have to eat me with their hands" and he also joked that Twitter was his new girlfriend.
