I hate it when people are bored (heres a reason)...?

Why are people always saying LMS if your bored or moan about being bored. There are millions and zillions of websites such as ggg.com/games.com/facebook games/watching movies/etc.. and why should us be so bored (as in us I mean all wealthy countrys, China, UK, US..etc, why cant everyone take a minute to think for the homeless/people in Africa/Kenya (hot countries), they live of dirty water and hardly have any food, I mean, sometimes we cant always say "hey, stop it, think about others" but you do have to think about the other people. Under aged kids go on facebook these days, begging their parents to keep on it and then say its "what they do" and stuff and they CANT EVEN think for others who have only got anything else but being bored. I mean, when people say their bored on facebook/twitter..etc I just say, "Im not bored, im just not in an entire decison on what im doing next." because when I say im bored, I think of myself selfish, so I like to keep things normal. How many people have you seen bored, why are they bored.
Heres my question-
Do you think people should have excuses for being bored.
-In my oppinion I shouldn't think so, we are very lucky people to have laptops/DS/DSI/3DS/XBOX..etc, why are we bored, we have books/online games/movies..etc.

Of course we can be irrationally bored: minute changes, such as temperature, time of day, and weather can all generate boredom. Also, why China? Many people there live in extremely poor conditions.

I am a high functioning sufferer of bipolar disorder. I find it more of an advantage in what I do so I avoid all the treatments that involve drugs. It does mean I can be doing as much as physically possible at times, new things, things I find genuinely interesting and still be bored. It's an emotional state and not something you can always do anything about.
