I'm following Justin Bieber and I just want to tell him how much he has inspired me and stuff, but do I write it on his page or like mine, hahaha I'm sorry I have no idea.
And please tell me a little bit about Twitter, like I get you have to follow people and then they follow you, Thanks!

To talk to someone you can either direct message them or go to their profile and click where it says 'Tweet to'. Then a new tweet should pop up with their name in front, like '@JaneDoe' and you type your message after that. Has to stay under 140 characters though

Go to compose tweet and type the message, but tag his username @justinbieber in it.
