Is blogger safe to have?

I really want blogger, but I don't know if it safe or not? Is it like twitter or facebook? I like want a blog to show family, friends, and other people tips and updates of my life. But now personal things.

So is blogger good to have?

There are probably privacy settings that can be setup, I'm not sure, but as long as you don't put incredibly personal information you should be fine.

Yes, Blogger blogs can be Public or Private depending on the setting you choose when you create it. In case of a private blog you'll have to invite by emails those you want to grant access, and only them will be able to see your blog.
