Can I send a private Twitter message?
I just joined Twitter & I'm still learning about it & getting used to it. Are all of the "tweets" public so that all followers can see it? Is there a way to send a private message to someone I'm following & can someone that's following you send you a private message? If so, how?

You can only send direct messages to people that follow you. There be a link on their page to message them if they are following you
