I forgot what this one application on facebook was, someone help?

I remember using this application on facebook last year sometime.

The application had to do with picking your Top 5 or 4 favorite stuff. Like for ex: Favorite Movies. And then you would pick your top 5 movies and you could post it on the facebook wall. I miss the application. Anyone remember what the application is called?
