If i block someone on twitter will they know?
i want to block a family relative for personal reasons. they follow me too. im going to set my acc to private, but i want to know if i block them will they kno and will it make them unfollow me.

Yes, they will know when they try to go on your profile and your profile will be "hidden" from them.
