Why wont facebook load all the way?

On my desktop it loads perfectly fine but when i go on my laptop it doesnt load all the way...it lets me log in then it goes to the home page but the news feed doesnt load just the notifaction bar thing and it wont let me click my notifications and at the bottom of the page it says "done" meaning its done loading but its not? my older sister was on my laptop earlier and her facebook worked....but then my other sisters didnt? pleaseee help ive been trying for days
