I like JiveTalk, which is a multi-protocol instant messaging application for the BlackBerry. I am on there all the time.

I'm going with Yahoo!Go Beta 3.0 like Adam T. It is a very powerful app from Yahoo! Everything you need right on the Carousel. Love the ability to add quick links to my favorite sites right from the Local Screen.
