how do u messege or talk to people on twitter?
so u selet tweet and write ur messege but how do u send it to a paticular person? sorry so stupid, but new at this.

You send tweets under 150 words. You can direct message your followers too.

I would suggest getting hootsuite or tweetdeck to manage your Twitter account.
