How to delete/remove an application on facebook?

I want to delete the application "Ultimate Clicks" off my facebook and i don't know how to do it please help

Go to Account > Application settings > Click the X of the application you wanna delete

i know that if you get invites or if you see posts from the app on ur homepage you can hover around the right corner of the app and block it or hide it

Go to your Application 'settings'. You can delete all you don't want on there.
