I've had plenty of crushes on guys before in my life, i'm a sophomore in high school. But there is this one guy that has been on my mind lately. He moved to our school in 8th grade and he's still here. He used to go to a catholic or christian school, not sure. So, i'll give you guy something to work with lol. In 9th grade bio class, i was turning in a paper and he was sitting down and said i had a nice ass and smiled and like laughed (yea creepy that i remember...), he also wasn't around any like guy friends or anything, because usually that would mean they were all making fun of me (no one knows i'm gay! but people suspect i am). He had a girlfriend, I honestly think only this one girl, and i hear that he does do stuff with girls, like he 69'd with this one girl this year. and still calls girls hot. He says "HEY (MY NAME)" really loud sometimes not so much anymore. We are in the same first class this year, and he sits a seat over from me, and i notice him staring sometimes and when i start to turn to see if he is he quickly turns his head. I think he acts like he's looking at the clock or the teacher's talking (thats what I would do!!) i'm almost certain that he asked this one girl in cooking class if i was gay and she said "i think he is but he doesn't care what people think" and he didn't make fun or anything, he was like "oh" like in a nice way. In my first class again he one time was resting on his desk and his back slid into my arm and stayed what felt like a yearrrr <3. Whenever he asks me questions (he DOES know i exist!) he seems like nervous and that type of thing and i just answer him to the best of my ability lol. He spilled my coffee one time on my homework and let me copy his because he said he felt really bad. He plays sports, track and b-ball. On his twitter he always posts things like "for a black guy (ufc fighter, can't remember) has no ass" and after that post he was like "is that gay to say, oh well", "(reply to someone) i know guys like girls, icky!", "im about to get gay with all this food", "I'm likin this girl #MomImNotGay" yeah guys major creeping going on i knowww lol. But forreall no guys at my school bring up the "gay" topic so much. He's also like good looking, but not a perfect 10 and he's taller than me, and has a bit of acne that i don't even mind(just giving an image here! ). He's just so sexy and i can't get my mind off of him. (at risk of sounding full of myself, people have told me before that i'm attractiveeeee. I hate writing that but i don't want you guys to think he thinks i'm all ugly and what not. I also look a bit girly, and straighten my hair better than some girls, i pride my self in that . I'm really shy too.)
I also know about wishful thinking and all. Just know that i will not be sad at all if he's straight, and i probably will never do anything with him or ask if he's gay, especially in high school (scaryy).
I just wanted to get all of this off my chest because I can't talk to anyone about this obviously! hahaha. Thank you for your time everyone! I hope you enjoy the high school drama!

It's hard to tell, lol. If he's asking people whether you're gay, I'd say it's because he's interested in you! Catching him staring at you is also a good sign But I wouldn't be so sure. I was in a class with a really cute guy last year and he kept telling me that I was hot and saying: come to the toilet with me! I was so into him lol. But then he got a girlfriend and totally ignored me ha ha. Be careful, just try flirting with him a lot to see what happens. If he reciprocates, he most definately likes you, if not get over him!

Wow I'm in the same situation!!! I'm gay(it's obvious I have long blonde hair and wear girls clothes and makeup) too and my friend(I lust him) says he's straight I dont think he is. A lot of people think he's gay too he's like my BFF. He's the one thing on my mind all day everyday too! But perhaps you lover might be confused or is too scared to admit he likes you. Open up to him tell him you're gay see what he says! Ok we can get through this. It's just high school we still have our whole lives ahead of us! There's plenty of fish in the sea lol

Awwww! you seem like a nice and adorable person. I hope you two get together but if things get steamy remember to keep it on the down low, high school is an evil institution. I won't lie I think he might actually like you but don't get your hopes too high or do anything crazy.

Aww, I understand how you feel! It's hard having a crush when you don't know whether the guy actually rolls that way or not. That's why I try to figure out their sexuality first, before I end up crushing on them. Hehe.

If you wanna find out for sure, I'd definitely come out to him. If he's really a good, understanding friend (the nice "Oh" sounds like he is), I'm sure he'd support you. Obviously, if you came out to him, and he does like you, I'm sure he'd ask you out right on the spot lol.

Even if he isn't gay/bi, I still think it would be a good idea to come out to him. He sounds like a really nice guy and I know you would feel great if he supported you! Either way, whatever happens, good luck.
