How private is my profile on Facebook?

I know only friends can see it, but what about the owners of Facebook, applications you add, or groups you join? Can these administrators see users' profiles?

The best rule of thumb to remember that nothing on the Internet is private.
Facebook is easily cracked by using a keylogger and then with an Anonymous proxy can see everything about you. The information you gave when you signed up-address-phone-age are simple to get to a cracker with a little experience-it's just that it's not worth it so most crackers do other things.
I'm sure you know(at least I hope you do) that e-mail is about the most unprivite thing their is on computers. thousands of naughty people go to jail every year thinking their e-mail is safe.
If it's important and private good old snail mail is the way to go.
