What is the dell contact number here in asia pacific?

There is no direct dell service center here and only a contracted service center. I would like to call dell directly because the contracted service center doesn't cover peripheral products such as alienware tactx mouse and tactx keyboard
I live in Philippines where Sony and Dell has no direct service center
