how do you get someone to stop following you on twitter?

i need to delete some of the people who follow me on twitter, how can i do this?

the only way is to block them, or you could ask them I guess

Block them But the only way to stop them seeing your tweets when they're not logged on (if they're really desperate to stalk you) if to set your profile to private so they have to send a request to follow you and view your tweets.
