Can a Facebook Application charge Membership Fee?
Hi,
We are currently developing a new facebook application and we would like to charge a membership fee.
Are we authorized to charge our clients a membership fee?

That is something that you must contact them about. But I highly doubt that they will let you charge a fee being that all the current apps are free.
